Does anyone know why everytime i turn on the AC in my car i hear a vibrating sound?

Everytime i turn on the AC in my car i hear a vibrating motor like sound. Is there something wrong with the AC, do i need to change/add something/?
What is wrong with it?

What can i do to fix it?=/

Also the car i have is a 2001 Izuzu Rodeo
