Why would my wipers, power door windows, and AC not work after cranking my car?

Whenever I crank my car now, my AC, windows, and wipers do not work. However if I turn the key over to power without fully turning the engine on, they do work. Could someone tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it?

I would look at the ignition switch either out of adjustment or needs replaced...............


Its not the part where you stick in the key as one suggested. That's the lock cyl. The ignition switch is on top of the column under the dash........................md
