HELP! What is wrong with my home air conditioning unit?

So here is my problem...My home air conditoner unit is running outside but there is no air coming through my vents. I tried turning on just the fan but it wont kick on either? Is something froze? Is there something I can try to fix before I call a repair service??? THANKS!!!!!
