Car air conditioning not working?

Question

I bought a 98 Honda accord lx with motor f23a1 but the ac and heater both don't work it blows air in both conditions but when in heater it doesn't blow very hot air and when in ac it doesn't blow very cold air ......it does change temperature when I change from heater to ac or ac to heater but not as suppose to.
What are the possible solutions or issues that might need to get repair or replace
