why do i have acne and scars so bad?!?

my face has very bad acne scars... and i break out in very bad acne at sames..
usually in the same spot.. i clean my face daily and tried multiple creams but it seems like nothing works.. i evern just used regular soap and water... but for some reason my face still breaks out... this really makes me hate my self i feel soo ugly and i feel like i need to wear make up to cover it up (just foundation)

i do not drink pop n dont eat fatty foods i eat pretty healthy so i dont no what could be causing this!!
help me please!
